PROVANILLE

Created in 1968, the Bras Panon vanilla cooperative allows you to discover the famous vanilla from Reunion Island as well as the different stages of its preparation. Vanilla is grown in the most beautiful forests of Reunion Island, on volcanic flows in their natural state. The Provanille cooperative now brings together around a hundred vanilla producers from the east of Reunion Island, from Sainte-Suzanne to Saint-Joseph. The structure's mission is to provide technical support, animation and development of the sector. It therefore buys, collects, processes and markets the production of its member producers. The cooperative offers a guided tour of about forty minutes, allowing you to discover the different stages of transformation, from planting to marketing vanilla. In the shop, you will find vanilla pods under different ranges as well as its derivative products, such as vanilla extract, vanilla powder, etc. Come and discover the orchid from our plantations, a tradition stemming from the history of Edmons Albius, a know-how transmitted and applied in our transformation process.
